Happy Monday! We had a moment this weekend, before Joey’s birthday BBQ, to finally roll the rug under the bed! I am so excited that it turned out the way we had hoped. You can only visualize so much! Not too big, not too small, not too bright – was the wish list! The price of this rug was so tempting we measured once and kinda jumped on the online purchase. Needless to say we are super pleased it worked where we intended it to work and we didn’t have to work it into a different space. Whew!
Here is the close up of the pattern, which is awesome scale. I think it plays well off the Dwell Studio duvet. If you remember, we snagged this 8’3? X 11? rug for just $251.47 total!
The sun is setting earlier, which makes us sad that Summer is coming to an official end. Sorry for all the shadows in the pictures!
We decided to move the 1880 Indian pillars to another room in the house, but ware waiting to figure out where would be the best place. These guys don’t exactly scream 1930 English tudor! With the new rug in place though, I am kinda digging them a little bit. We will have to mull it over a bit more.
