Instagram! Yes, I am addicted! Naturally you can find us at makingahouseahome. I cant believe I have snapped over 500 pictures of everything from monthly photo challenges, to silly pics to moments I have truly fallen in love with. Now, what to do with all those pictures you don’t want to just horde on instagram, but actually do something with? It all started while hunting down a sweet anniversary gift for Joey a few months back.
Blurb has always been my go to for a mushy and personalized gift. I get obsessed with designing my blurb books. They are super high quality and have great shapes, and won’t run you too much money compared to their competition. I have been working on my wedding album for ove three years, just sayin’ – you may get consumed. I imagine if you lay out your instagrams and have hoarded a whoooooole bunch, you can make a really great book.
A suuuper cute/cheap/quick instagram goodie is prinstagram. For $10 you get THREE tiny books. They are pretty high quality and have a magnet which helps keep them closed. This is what I did this year as a little gift to say “yay”! – Joey likes his books, what can I say?
For another 10 bucks, you can hop on over to Moo and turn some pics into stickers. I did the sticker book a few times – and they have been great! Moo has a lot more options now since I last ordered.
Something I havent tried yet is the photo iPhone case. I think it can be done tastefully if you are mindful about what photo you pick! It could also be funny or sweet. Has anyone done this one and liked it?
Another medium I havent ventured in is the photo on tile. I think it all depends on the photo and tile shape and then what you do with it. This site has a lot of options and I think it could be super cute. Anyone have experience with these guys? I imagine it getting super pricey if you actually do a bunch and use them to tile something.
What do you do with your instagram photos? Do you make traditional prints? Use any of the companies above?
